We are currently attempting to potty train Cala. As you can see from the picture, it's not going so well. Today every time we've been able to convince her to sit on the potty, she tells us "not working, not working" and then gets up and runs away only to pee on the floor minutes later.
And this is Cala's idea of potty training her doggie. She put him on the potty and said, "stay doggie." If only it were that easy...

You guys crack me up. At least you know that between Cala and puppy- only one of them is going pee pee on your floor. Way to go puppy! :) Hope it starts working for Cala soon.
Oh, I feel for you, potty training is tough stuff, it is not for weaklings (and I am talking about the parents not the kids.) Stick to it, it will come, if you need a shoulder to cry on give me a call.
Potty training has been out of doubt the hardest thing with Emma! She didn't want to sit on in at all, at first. Now she has agreed to sit on the potty, but has a hard time still going. She won't sit long enough or holds it in. *Sigh*
Maybe someday she'll realize that she can't hold on to her diaper forever...
